COUPLES

COACHING

For couples who want a partnership rooted in love, trust, and shared vision.

Couples coaching isn’t just for when things are broken—

it’s for partners who want to grow, deepen, and create a more aligned life together.

My approach:

My work with couples helps partners move from reactivity to understanding, rebuilding safety and connection through curiosity, compassion, and presence.

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work, and holistic coaching, I guide couples to uncover the patterns beneath conflict and reconnect with shared intention.

I work with couples who are honest about where things feel off and willing to take shared responsibility for meaningful change.

This is a strength-based approach, grounded in the belief that healthy relationships grow from each person’s ability to lead from Self—their most calm and clear state.

Together, we explore each partner’s inner world so connection deepens through greater understanding.

As each partner learns to care for their inner reactions, communication becomes clearer, intimacy deepens, and the relationship becomes a space for mutual growth instead of blame, shame, or withdrawal.

This work isn’t just about resolving conflict—it’s about creating a partnership that supports the life you want to build and the people you’re becoming.

Common themes we explore together:

  • Feeling unseen, unheard, or misunderstood in the relationship

  • Breaking reactive cycles and improving communication

  • Healing old wounds that show up in the relationship

  • Re-establishing trust and emotional safety

  • Reconnecting after periods of disconnection or distraction

  • Reigniting intimacy and mutual care

  • Bringing more presence, playfulness, and quality time into everyday life

  • Moving through life transitions with more teamwork and support

  • Navigating doubt or uncertainty about the relationship’s future

  • Balancing individuality and togetherness

  • Transforming conflict into connection, growth, and clarity

  • Creating a relationship that supports each partner’s purpose and expansion

  • “Jackie helped us through one of our hardest times. We stopped repeating the same patterns and started actually understanding each other. We've learned new ways to support each other and get through things together, instead of getting stuck against each other. We're in such a better place now and so grateful for that!"
